At Tailored Creations, all of our products are crafted with care. Below you’ll find details on processing times, delivery, and shipping costs.

Processing Time

• Personalised & custom orders: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

• Non-custom items: Usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

• UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch (may vary depending on location and customs).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or busy periods (such as Christmas).

Shipping Costs

• UK Orders under £75: Standard and Express shipping options available (calculated at checkout).

• UK Orders £75 and over: Free Standard Shipping.

• International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Import Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

• Tailored Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Incorrect Address Policy

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Admin@tailoredcreations.co.uk.

• For damaged parcels, please send photos within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
