Return Policy

At Tailored Creations, every item is crafted with care, especially our personalised and custom-made products. We want you to love your order, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns.

Personalised & Custom Orders

  • Because our products are made to order and personalised, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeableunless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Please double-check all spelling, sizes, colours, and custom details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

  • For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
