At Tailored Creations, every item is crafted with care, especially our personalised and custom-made products. We want you to love your order, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns.
Personalised & Custom Orders

Because our products are made to order and personalised, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeableunless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please double-check all spelling, sizes, colours, and custom details before placing your order.
Non-Custom Items

For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
